1. Acceptance and scope.

These Terms of Purchase govern every order placed through this store. By completing checkout, the customer confirms that they have read these terms, the Shipping Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy, and that they agree to be bound by them. If the customer does not agree, the customer should not complete the order.

These terms apply to the purchase of physical products. They do not apply to digital products, subscriptions, or services unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Digital game codes, where offered, are governed by the terms presented at the point of redemption in addition to these terms.

2. The order as an offer.

When a customer completes checkout, the customer is making an offer to purchase the products in the order on these terms. The store accepts that offer when it sends an order confirmation and begins processing the order. The store may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if the order appears to be for resale, if fraud or unauthorized payment is suspected, if the delivery address is in a restricted destination, or if a pricing or product-description error is discovered. If the store declines an order after payment has been collected, the store will refund the payment in full.

An order confirmation does not guarantee that every item will be available. If an item becomes unavailable after the order is accepted, the store will notify the customer and offer a substitution, a partial shipment, or a refund for the unavailable item. The customer may choose among these options.

3. Pricing, currency, and taxes.

All prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars. The store does not display prices in other currencies at checkout and does not accept payment in other currencies. A customer whose card is issued in another country may see a converted amount on their statement; the conversion is performed by the card issuer, and any foreign-transaction fee is imposed by the issuer, not by the store.

The price displayed at checkout is the price the customer pays for the product. Shipping is free on every order, and the store covers applicable duties and import charges as described in the Shipping Policy. If a sales tax, use tax, or similar transaction tax is required to be collected on an order, the amount is shown at checkout before payment is completed. The store does not add hidden fees after checkout.

If a pricing error is discovered before dispatch, the store may cancel the order and refund the payment, or contact the customer to offer the product at the correct price. The customer may accept the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund. The store does not charge the customer a higher price after the order is accepted unless the customer agrees.

4. Payment authorization and fraud screening.

By completing checkout, the customer authorizes the store and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the total amount shown at checkout. The customer confirms that the payment method is valid, that the customer is authorized to use it, and that the billing information provided is accurate.

The store may use fraud-screening tools to evaluate an order before dispatch. If an order is flagged for review, the store may contact the customer for additional information, such as confirmation of the billing address or a copy of a government-issued identification. If the customer does not provide the requested information within a reasonable period, the store may cancel the order and refund the payment. The store does not discriminate on prohibited grounds in fraud screening; the review is based on transaction risk indicators.

5. Product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility.

The store aims to describe products accurately. Product pages state the specifications that are known at the time of listing: screen size and resolution, refresh rate support, storage capacity and expansion format, controller attachment mechanism, dock output resolution, and the play modes the system supports. A customer should read the specifications and compatibility notes before purchasing, especially when buying an accessory for a specific system generation.

Product photographs are representative. A slight variation in color finish or packaging is not a defect; it reflects manufacturing批次 variation. If a product’s appearance or function differs materially from the description, the customer should contact support; the store will determine whether the difference is within normal variation or indicates a quality issue.

6. Shipping, title, and risk of loss.

Shipping terms are governed by the Shipping Policy. In summary, the store charges no shipping fee, covers applicable duties and import charges, dispatches most orders within one to three business days, and provides an estimated transit window of six to twelve calendar days after dispatch. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for being available to receive the parcel.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout, as recorded by the carrier. Title to the products passes to the customer upon delivery, subject to the store’s right to cancel an order for non-payment, suspected fraud, or a shipping restriction. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the customer’s remedy is described in the Shipping Policy and the Refund Policy.

7. Returns and refunds.

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In summary, the customer may request a return within sixty calendar days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible for a replacement or refund regardless of use, subject to verification. The store covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect products; the customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days after the return is received and inspected. The store does not charge a restocking fee.

The customer should read the Refund Policy for the full conditions, exclusions, and procedures. The summary in this section does not replace the Refund Policy and is not a substitute for reading it.

8. Acceptable use of the site and prohibited conduct.

The customer may use the site to browse products, place orders, and communicate with support. The customer may not use the site to engage in fraudulent activity, to place orders with stolen payment information, to scrape content at scale, to introduce malware or harmful code, to interfere with the site’s operation, or to violate any applicable law. The customer may not impersonate another person or entity when placing an order or contacting support.

The store may suspend or terminate access to the site and may cancel orders if it reasonably believes that a customer has engaged in prohibited conduct. If an order is canceled for prohibited conduct, the store may refund the payment minus any irrecoverable cost, or may withhold the refund if the conduct involves fraud or a chargeback that is being disputed.

9. Cancellations.

A customer may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. The customer should contact support through the Contact page as soon as possible and provide the order number. If the order has not been dispatched, the store will cancel it and refund the payment in full. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery under the Refund Policy.

The store may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if a pricing error is discovered, if the delivery address is restricted, or if fraud is suspected. If the store cancels an order, the store will notify the customer and refund the payment in full.

10. Limitation of liability for purchases.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the store’s total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount the customer paid for the product that is the subject of the claim. The store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of use, even if the store was advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by the store’s negligence, or liability for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to a particular customer. If a limitation is found to be unenforceable, the remaining limitations remain in effect.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in the customer’s jurisdiction provides a different rule. A customer who resides in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws retains the benefit of those laws.

Before initiating a formal legal proceeding, the customer agrees to contact the store through the Contact page and allow the store a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Most matters can be resolved through the support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the parties may pursue remedies available under applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from contacting a consumer-protection authority or from filing a claim in a small-claims court where the claim qualifies.

12. Severability and entire agreement.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed.

These Terms of Purchase, together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Customer Service Policy, and Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the store regarding the purchase of products. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communication, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter. A failure by the store to enforce a provision does not waive the store’s right to enforce it later.
